THE SMALL PRINT – SHORT AND SWEET:

✅ Book your rental bike conveniently online or let us advise you personally by email or phone.

✅ Pick-up in Can Picafort is free of charge.

✅ Island-wide delivery and collection possible for a fee of €60 (regardless of the number of bikes).

✅ An insurance package for damage to the rental bike is already included in the price.

✅ All bikes are equipped with water bottle holders, spare inner tube and tools.

✅ Pedals of all kinds can be rented for €10 (SPD, SPD SL, Look etc.). Please indicate which type of pedals you require when booking. If you bring your own pedals, we will fit them for you on site free of charge.

✅ Mounts for Wahoo and Garmin can also be rented.

✅ Easy return: the final cleaning of the bike is already included in the final price.

The booking

You can book your rental bike conveniently online or simply contact us, we will be happy to advise you personally. When you book online, you will automatically receive an e-mail with a summary of your reservation. The booking confirmation will also follow by e-mail.

Collection

You can collect your rental bike in person from the Can Picafort bike station. The address is on your booking confirmation. Collection is also possible outside our opening hours on request (by prior arrangement). Please be sure to adhere to the time you specified when booking. No deposit is payable on collection. A copy of your identity card or passport will be made.

Delivery

For added convenience, we also offer our island-wide delivery service. Between 09:00 and 18:00 we are happy to deliver your bike to the address of your choice 365 days a year. Please note that there is a total charge of 60 euros for delivery and collection. The fee is independent of the number of bikes, you only pay this service for the first bike. The price applies to the entire island.

We ask you to present a valid identity card at the time of delivery to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Insurance package

The insurance covers damage to the rental bike due to a fall or accident. Theft of the bike is excluded. The cost of the insurance is already included in the price.

Return

The bike does not need to be cleaned on return. Cleaning is included in our prices.

The Canyon Endurace CF7 Di2 was a formidable companion on all my trips around the island as well as on the training laps. Stable in gusts of wind (January), comfortable and slip-free with 32mm tires. Holger gave me competent and friendly advice on the phone as well as live and was always available. Thank you very much and see you soon!

My friend and I rented two Canyon CF SL7 bikes with Shimano 105. We rode 1,000 km with 15,000 m of elevation gain, totaling 40 hours of riding over 8 days. The bikes were very well prepared and maintained. We received two sets of tubes, a small Continental saddle bag with an extra tube and tire levers, and a solid multi-tool. When we noticed the brakes weren’t sufficient for our downhill speeds, we were given new brake pads.All in all, it was a great experience—both in terms of the bikes and the service. I don’t think you can find a better bike rental in Can Picafort.

I rented a racing bike for 3 weeks and everything worked so perfectly from start to finish. All the communication in advance was great, the handover worked really well, I got everything I needed and everything went smoothly with the return. Definitely coming back next time! ☺️🚵🏼‍♀️

It doesn’t get any better! Holger spontaneously had time after a call and I was able to rent a bike quickly and easily. The saddle height he set was perfect. The bike was in great condition and was a current model that had been well maintained.Insurance (excluding theft) is included in the price, which is not possible with other providers or has to be paid separately.If you want to rent a bike in a relaxed manner and with great service, stop by Holger. Great service and very reasonable prices. Very good communication. When the bike was delivered I received three spare inner tubes as I rented for about two weeks.Additionally, I had three flats on one of my tours. I couldn’t get the last on fixed. After calling I received support very quickly and also got new spare immer tubes.Highly recommended!

Nice Bike.Unfortunately I had a mechanical issue with the bike a few hours in to the hire called them up and they came out and tried to fix the bike but could fix it at the side of the road. would use again. Holger thank you for rescued me and taking me back to my hotel.
